Located inside the magnificent Galeries royales Saint-Hubert, L'Aube sur Aÿ is a unique place : a bar-store entirely dedicated to champagne where more than 120 references are presented to take away or to drink on site; by the glass or by the bottle.

To properly accompany your champagne : caviar, oysters, foie gras, schrimp croquettes, chocolates, pink Reims bisquits and other dishes prepared by their neighboured chef.
